Joanie, Joanie, Joanie. Greens, Grains, Beans. Those three words are almost synonymous with Joanie. I won't forget them and it's because of her focus and direction on the importance of the basics. I have a very busy lifestyle and often focus on what I shouldn't eat as opposed to what I should be eating more of.
