Through our one on one or small group training we will assess your fitness goals and work together to improve strength, flexibility, and balance within the body. At Motivated Nutrition, we believe that fitness should be a vital part of a healthy person's schedule every day. Finding harmony, order and balance in your living and working space is just as important as having it in your physical body. Overall health and happiness can't be found in food and exercise alone. It's found in how we live and interact with everything around us. An organizing session can take you one step further in "walking the talk" within your new, healthy lifestyle.
Motivated Nutrition Group Coaching
Group coaching is a wonderful way to learn from a coach as well as from the other group members. The setting creates a community of support and facilitates connections. Group sessions of 4-10 participants create an optimal learning and sharing environment. Individual consultations will be held before the first group meeting in order to incorporate everyone's individual needs into the coaching program.
